Capital Infra Trust approved Rs 124.99 crore for shareholder loans to Target SPVs As on : 18-Sep-26  14:28

Capital Infra Trust, formerly known as National Infrastructure Trust, announced that the Board of Directors of Gawar Investment Manager Private Limited, acting as Investment Manager to the Trust, approved the utilization of Rs 124,99,92,800 for providing shareholder loans and/or other permitted financial assistance to the Target SPVs, as well as an amendment to Clause 10.2 of the Project Management Agreement, on September 18, 2026.
